Vern D. Stonecipher
Claim Manager
Vern Stonecipher is the Claim Manager for RMS Claims & Risk Services, LLC. In his role as manager, Vern is in charge of all claims handling operations and staff in Oklahoma. Vern has over 40 years of experience in workers’ compensation claim experience. He has worked for Liberty Mutual in Oklahoma and Louisiana as an adjuster and supervisor. For American Fidelity he was a Regional Supervisor of a large staff in a six state region. He joined Western Claims as an independent adjuster, Casualty Supervisor and part owner. In 1984 he co-founded Claims & Risk Services and became full owner in 1990. He served as President, Claims Manager and adjuster until 2016 when he sold the company to Risk Management Services (RMS) where he has remained a key executive for the Oklahoma operations.

Sandy J. Cassady
Claim Adjuster
Sandy Cassady is a workers compensation claim adjuster for RMS Claims & Risk Services, LLC. Sandy oversees claim handling and administration for our Oklahoma clients. She is also responsible for EDI, MITF, and excess insurance carrier reporting. Sandy started her insurance career over 40 years ago when she went to work for Oklahoma Farmers Union in their Surplus Lines department. She worked for different insurance companies and agencies as a commercial lines CSR before becoming an adjuster in 1987. She is licensed in all lines of insurance with a focus on workers’ compensation. She has been with Claims & Risk Services since 1991. She has been a member of the OCCA and OCA for 32 years and served as President of the OCA in 2010. Since 2016, Sandy has played a vital role for RMS Claims & Risk Services, LLC.
